1. Order Processing Time

All personalized orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods (festivals, sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We ship across India using trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

Flat shipping fee of ₹50 for orders below ₹499.

COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include a small additional fee of ₹30–₹50, depending on location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

You can also track your order anytime by visiting the Track Order page on our website.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure the shipping address and contact number are correct while placing your order.

OMGS.in is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability of the recipient.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. For export orders or bulk international shipping, please contact us at support@omgs.in.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package is delayed beyond the expected time, please contact us at support@omgs.in with your Order ID.

If a shipment is lost in transit (as confirmed by the courier), we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
